In November 2025 , Rukmal Jayasinghe, Partner, Pride Rock Partners Ltd visited Ikirezi Natural Products (Pvt) Ltd, Rwanda, one of the leading essential oil producers in Rwanda. He met Dr. Nicholas Hitimana, the founder/leader of the business. Both shared the knowledge on traditional distillation methods and optimization of the distillation process .Ikirezi operates under a very innovative business model. It operates as a community interest social enterprise. Ikirezi revived the essential oil industry in Rwanda.
